The new $8.2 million development , Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti City, will have 13,000 apartments and will be centred around a 341-metre-high building called Vision Iconic. The Vision Iconic will be flanked by 11 staggered towers that decline in height the further they get from the landmark building. The expected price range for residential units from studios to penthouses, is approximately $435,600 USD to over $9.5 million USD.  It is the second collaboration between the luxury marque and UAE developer Binghatti and coincides with the 140th anniversary of the automobile company this year, As well as residences, the skyscrapers will have sports, retail and wellness spaces. The development features design details that were inspired by Mercedes-Benz vehicles through the decades, Residents will get amenities including a ballroom, e-sport lounge and event hall, as well as sporting clubs, water pools and fitness facilities.
