Atacantul Adrian Mutu și fundașul Cosmin Contra, însoțiți de medicul echipei naționale Pompiliu Popescu, s-au dus, sâmbătă seară, la o clinică din Constanța, pentru efectuarea unor teste medicale.
Mutu a resimțit dureri la picior, iar Contra are probleme la mâna dreaptă, după ce s-a accidentat în timpul meciului cu Serbia.
Reprezentativa României a pierdut, sâmbătă seară, cu scorul de 2-3, meciul susținut, pe teren propriu, în compania selecționatei similare a Serbiei, în preliminariile Cupei Mondiale din 2010, suferind a doua înfrângere pe teren propriu în grupa a 7-a.
